Our perspective

Access is the lever.

Every meaningful shift in small-cap markets has been a shift in who could reach them. Tokenization is the next step in a pattern this firm has watched play out before.

Founding narrative

"Pricing for small companies came from the pink sheets — a paper book printed each morning. That system digitized, and trading volume followed."

Assay Digital was founded on the view that the constraint on junior mining issuers has always been reach, not merit. The OTC Bulletin Board did not change the underlying companies; it changed who could see and transact in them. Digital transfer agent infrastructure applies the same logic to the register itself — and it is why the firm treats tokenization as market plumbing rather than a story to sell.

Rich Rozzi

Founder

Rich's career in capital markets began in over-the-counter brokerage houses in the 1980s, when pricing for small companies came from the pink sheets — a paper book printed each morning. He watched that entire system digitize with the OTC Bulletin Board, and watched trading volume follow. He sees tokenization as the same pattern one step further: broader access changing how capital finds small companies. That perspective — access as the lever, not hype — shapes how the firm approaches every issuer it works with.
