Platform

The infrastructure behind the peg.

Four capabilities that make 1:1 tokenization durable rather than announced. Described here at a capability level only — no live data is published until the underlying system exists to back it up.

Capabilities

What the platform is responsible for.

Each of these exists to answer a question a board will reasonably ask before authorizing anything.

01

Registry Reconciliation

How we prove the peg

Continuous verification that token supply matches the registered share count held on the transfer agent side — not a one-time check at launch. Reconciliation is treated as an ongoing control, because the peg is only meaningful if it holds every day after the token goes live.

02

Corporate Actions Monitoring

Keeping the register and the token in step

Structured tracking of financings, warrant exercises, splits, and consolidations across issuers, so the token side reflects the registered share structure without manual lag. Corporate actions are where a naive tokenization model breaks; this is the discipline that prevents it.

03

Issuer Onboarding

Process rigor, not a tool demo

A structured, tracked path from legal opinion through exchange approval to a live token. Each stage has defined owners, artifacts, and sign-offs. This capability is internal-facing in substance; it is described here only at a process level.

04

Sector Data

One view across the sector

A consolidated view across tokenized issuers in the mining sector — price, latest reconciliation status, and most recent corporate action. The public-facing form of this becomes the sector terminal once the underlying systems and disclosure language are in place.

Status

Access is granted to issuers, not to the public.

The reconciliation and sector-data surfaces are being built as a separate authenticated application for issuers and their advisers. There is no public login, no live pricing, and no dashboard on this site. If you are a listed mining issuer and want to see the platform, request access and we will walk you through it directly.

Request Access

Requests are reviewed for issuer status. This is not an investor intake form and no securities are offered through this site.
